Who We Are
Trade Related Technicians Ltd. (TRTL) has learned through installations, maintenance and service from 40 plus years in the Heating / Cooling and Plumbing industries as to what makes a comfortable living design, and we will strive to bring you only the best. We have gained knowledge of good installation practices, products available to the end user, and what makes a system run effectively and efficiently. Matching this knowledge with our design skills creates the best design possible for you, that will be both precise and clear to the installer(s) and will achieve the comfort you desire and deserve.
TRTL also realises that not all designs on paper will match the actual build out. So, with our design software and our one stop shop approach for a complete mechanical design, your installer will be able to ensure trade interferences are recognized before the first hole is drilled.

Accreditations | Certifications | Licenses
HRAI Certified
TRTL is fully certified by HRAI (The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada) with both the RASDT and RHDT designation.
The HRAI Residential Air System Design Technician (RASDT) Designation and the Residential Hydronic Design Technician (RHDT) Designation were established in partnership with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).
TRTL holds certifications through HRAI for Residential Heat Loss / Heat Gain Calculations, Residential Air System Designs, Residential Radiant Heating Design, Residential Ventilation and Residential Commissioning.TRTL also holds a design and install certification for Residential Geothermal Systems from GeoSmart as well as On Site Sewage certification with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH)
TRTL holds trade licences with the Ontario College Of Trades (OCOT) and the Technical Standards and Safety Association (TSSA) for Sheet Metal, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, Natural Gas, Propane, Oil Burners, Pressure Vessels and Boilers and Backflow Prevention.
HRAI is a national association that represents more than 1,300 heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors, and which provides Canadians with the tools and information necessary to ensure their total indoor environment comfort. HRAI is committed to a safe, responsible and fair industry that is environmentally-responsible and sustainable.
